About Item:

Isaiah Thomas was a printer in Boston and an outspoken critic of England and the way the colonies were being governed. Thomas hired Paul Revere to create a “masthead” or logo for his newspaper, the “Massachusetts Spy.” Revere used his skill and attention to detail to create this complicated masthead.
